# In case you would like to become a member of Asepelt and benefit from the Congress Registration Fee for Asepelt members, it is compulsory to fill in the Registration Form for members, as well as filling in the document for bank direct debit for 2015 and send it together with the copy of the bank transfer of the pyument ot the yearly fee to the bak account ES36 00810524650001224026 when registering in the Congress. The fee to be a member of Asepelt is 65 euros. Those members wich belong to a company which is Asepelt institutional member will benefit from a reduced fee os 43 euros.
## The student fee is also valid for unemployed people and it does not include the gala dinner.
General Conditions
- The congress fee includes the participation in the congress, the congress materials, lunch on Thursday and Friday , coffee breaks, Welcome Reception and gala dinner.

- Credit card: The payment with credit card is made through the credit card gateway to ensure data security.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of registration up to 25th of September, 2014, will imply 100€ penalty in concept of administrative expenses (50 € for students). After this date, there will not be any reimbursement. It is possible to change the name of the registered person at any time.
