The presentation of contributions at the Congress is organized into 10 thematic areas. These will be distributed in plenary sessions, parallel sessions (oral communications and presentations) and posters sessions. Among the oral communications presented to be accepted, the Scientific Committee will decide which of them will be presented as presentations.
Valid only 1 contribution (oral communication or poster) per registration. Works can be presented in Spanish, English or Portuguese.
Authors should select the thematic area which its contribution belongs to.
The extension of the work should be between 12 and 20 pages maximum.
Please download the document-template that you must use in order to present the contribution. Contributions in different format will not be accepted.
If the abstract is accepted as oral communication, the work must be submitted before September 1st. In case your abstract is accepted as a poster, the complete work must be submitted before September 5th.
Once the Scientific Committee reviews the abstracts submitted, the authors will be informed about the approval or refusal and they will be informed if the work is acepted as presentation , oral communication or poster before September 12th, 2014.
